Before Treatment
A 20 minute initial consultation including a health questionnaire has to be completed before the sports massage. Please see the What to Expect and What to Wear page   
 

Cancellation policy
Please could you give 24 hours notice before cancellation of your appointment. If you cancel less then 24 hours before your appointment a penalty fee of 50% of the treatment cost will incur on your next appointment. Please remember if you would like to re-schedule your appointment time or date just send an Email, text or phone and leave your name and telephone number. Thank you.
